When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture as provided by your Google account through our OAuth authentication flow. We do not store your Google password.

Workspace & Organizational Data

Data you upload or connect to the Service — including databases, spreadsheets, and API integrations — is stored within your isolated workspace. This data is used solely to provide the analytics and intelligence features of the Service.

Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information about how you interact with the Service, including pages viewed, features used, analyses created, and session duration. This data helps us improve the product experience.

Device & Log Data

We collect standard log information such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and timestamps. This information is used for security monitoring and service reliability.

• Regular security assessments and penetration testing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or workspace data. We may share information only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers — trusted third parties who assist in operating the Service, subject to strict confidentiality obligations
• Legal requirements — when required by law, regulation, or valid legal process
• Safety — to protect the rights, safety, or property of Leviathan, our users, or the public

We retain your account information for as long as your account is active. Workspace data is retained according to your organization's settings and applicable data retention policies. Upon account deletion, we will remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

• Export your data in a portable format
• Object to or restrict certain processing activities
